  1. The purchased items may be returned within 14 days of the day you have received the products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The items should have their labels on and be in perfect condition, without any signs of wear or any kind of odor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Pack the item carefully<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Call  ELTA COURIER or GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI to receive the parcel, day and place of your preference<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If you wish to exchange the item for first time<\/strong> there is no extra charge, on condition that you return the item with the courier service collaborating with our company. In case you choose another courier service, you are charged with the return shipping cost and pay the amount to the courier representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You may also change the items at the company\u2019s stores<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you wish to change the item a second time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        you will be charged with the shipping cost which amount to 5\u20ac. If you choose the company\u2019s courier service the fee will be deducted from the amount of the new purchase or you will have to pay cash upon delivery shipping cost included. You don\u2019t have to pay the courier representative yourself. On the occasion you choose a different courier service you will have to pay for shipping cost upon delivery to the representative of the courier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you wish to return the item<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        you purchased you will be charged with the return shipping cost. If you choose the company\u2019s courier service, the cost is 5\u20ac and will be deducted from the amount refund due. On the occasion you choose a different courier service you will be charged with the cost of shipping and pay the amount to the courier service representative upon delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund on our behalf. The refund to a bank account or card is processed within 10 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
